Day 4 began with another uplifting Yoga Trapeze session, and by now the ladies were moving with so much more confidence and ease. It has been wonderful to witness not only their physical progress but also the growing belief in themselves as they continue to embrace new experiences.
After our morning practice, we gathered for another delicious and nutritious breakfast, enjoying fresh local produce while planning, or, for some, not planning the day ahead.
One of the greatest gifts of this retreat is the freedom to simply follow what feels right. There is no busy schedule, no pressure to keep moving, just the opportunity to slow down and truly listen to what your mind and body need.
Some of the ladies chose to indulge in relaxing spa treatments, taking time to nourish both body and soul. Others headed to the beach, where the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean offered the perfect place for a refreshing swim and peaceful moments by the sea.
A few of us decided to wander into the nearby village, soaking up the authentic charm of island life. We strolled along the waterfront, browsed the delightful artisan boutiques, and explored the local supermarket, discovering some wonderful treasures to take home. Our bags were soon filled with beautiful local olive oil, fragrant olives, traditional natural sea sponges, handmade jewellery, and other little reminders of this special island.
As the afternoon melted into evening, we reunited for a gentle yoga stretch designed to release any tension from the day and prepare both body and mind for a restful evening. Moving slowly, breathing deeply, and embracing stillness felt like the perfect way to end another beautiful day together.
We then gathered around the dinner table, where delicious food was accompanied by laughter, storytelling, and conversations about how each of us had spent our day. Although everyone had chosen a different adventure, there was something lovely about coming back together and sharing those experiences.
Day 4 was a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful moments aren't found in a packed itinerary, but in the simple pleasures of slowing down, exploring at your own pace, connecting with others, and appreciating the beauty that surrounds you.
These are often the moments that stay with us long after the retreat comes to an end.

This version maintains the luxurious, mindful tone of the earlier days while highlighting one of the retreat's key selling points: the freedom for guests to spend their time exactly as they choose.
