About the Event
The Rise & Release Retreat – Greece is a 7-day immersive wellness retreat designed to help you release stress and tension, reconnect with yourself, and create space for renewal. Set on the breathtaking island of Amorgos, this yoga retreat combines the strength and freedom of Aerial Yoga with the gentle depth of Yin Yoga, offering a harmonious balance of movement and stillness.
Core Practices:
• Aerial Yoga (Trapeze): Decompress the spine, build strength, and experience lightness.
• Yin Yoga: Melt tension, release deeper layers, and encourage emotional ease.
These practices guide you toward clarity, emotional freedom, and reconnection with your body and mind, allowing full immersion in this transformative experience.
