About the Event
Six days to rest, renew and reconnect on the beautiful island of Amorgos.
Join us for a 6-day wellness retreat in Greece surrounded by the beauty of the Aegean Sea, peaceful island landscapes and the slower rhythm of Greek island life.
Rest & Renew is an invitation to step away from the everyday and create space for yourself. Through yoga, mindful movement, nourishing Mediterranean food, nature and connection, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple pleasures of island living.
After the beautiful memories and meaningful connections created during our 2026 Rise & Release Retreat – Greece, we knew Amorgos was a place we wanted to return to. We’re delighted to bring this retreat back for 2027 and share another opportunity to rest, reconnect and create unforgettable moments together.

Your retreat experience includes:
Arrival and departure transfers on Amorgos (port–hotel–port)
Access to spa facilities including sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, indoor seawater swimming pool and fitness centre
Indoor and outdoor warm seawater swimming pools (no chlorine, relaxing seawater)
Use of yoga shalas and all equipment (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets)

Greece Climatisation Fee (€15 per room per night approx.)
We recommend staying at least 1 night in Santorini before travelling to Amorgos and 1 night before flying home, allowing you to enjoy the journey at a slower pace.
Approximate accommodation cost is around £100 (and can be less if sharing).

With breakfast and dinner included, there will be time to enjoy delicious local ingredients, relaxed meals and the connection that comes from gathering around the table.
