Supporting Wellbeing Through Yoga

Our Yoga4Health program is a gentle, evidence-based 10-week wellbeing course designed to support both physical and emotional health through yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation, helping you feel calmer, healthier, and more connected while managing stress, anxiety, low mood, social isolation, and lifestyle-related health concerns in a supportive and welcoming environment suitable for all abilities.

What is Yoga4Health?

Yoga4Health is an NHS-commissioned wellbeing programme designed to support physical and emotional health through gentle yoga, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness. Used within NHS and community wellbeing settings as part of social prescribing initiatives, the programme has supported people experiencing stress and anxiety, pre-diabetes, cardiovascular risk factors, and social isolation, with research showing improvements in wellbeing, confidence, and social connection.

Who Can Benefit?

Yoga4Health may support people who are:

Please note: Sessions can be practised on a mat or chair and adapted to suit your comfort level
