Day 1: we've arrived in Amorgos
I'm writing this from the hillside at Aegialis, looking out over Aegiali Bay, and I can already feel the shift beginning.
This is Day 1 of our Rise & Release Retreat in Amorgos, Greece, and if you ask me, the release always starts before the first yoga class. It starts the moment you put your phone down, step off the boat, and let the last few weeks fall away.
