In this 60-minute session, we’ll move through a series of flowing yoga sequences enhanced by hand weights to build tone, improve balance, and boost confidence.


This class is perfect for anyone looking to:

  • Add strength to their yoga practice

  • Improve core stability and posture

  • Feel grounded, strong, and more connected to their body


All levels welcome — modifications will be offered.Bring your mat, water, and a set of light weights (1–3kg). No weights? No problem—bodyweight options available!
