I’m a passionate yoga instructor and life coach with over 20 years of personal practice and 7 years of teaching experience. My journey began with a deep love for traditional yoga and has grown into a dedicated path of teaching both mat and aerial yoga. I love blending strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in ways that feel authentic and empowering.

My teaching style focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive space where people of all levels feel safe to explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I design each class to help students tap into their physical and mental potential, one breath at a time.

Alongside my yoga work, I’m now a Menopause Pro with the Menopause Experts Group, committed to raising awareness and offering practical support around menopause. This is part of my ongoing mission to uplift and empower women through every stage of life.

I’m also proud to have been a co-author of the #1 best-selling book Restoration: A Woman’s Guide to Becoming Her Strongest, Healthiest, Happiest Self, and I’m now leading a new book collaboration, an opportunity for women to share their stories and create impact together.
